Do I have to commit to a long-term membership?
Nope! Glow Club is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice — no contracts, no pressure.
Is the first facial different from the monthly ones?
Yes. Your first visit includes the Glow Reset Facial — a personalised deep treatment and full skin analysis to prepare your skin and build your plan. After that, you’ll receive one maintenance facial each month.
Do I get 10% off premium facials like HydraLuxe?
As a Glow Club™ member, your monthly fee covers one facial from our core menu. If you’d like to upgrade that treatment to a premium facial, you simply pay the difference in price — no extra discounts apply. However, if you book any additional treatment that month, you’ll receive 10% off the full price as part of your member benefits.
Is Glow Club suitable for all skin types?
Yes. Our treatments are gentle yet effective, and every facial is customised to suit your skin — whether it’s dry, sensitive, congested, or somewhere in between.
Can I combine Glow Club with other treatments or programs?
Yes! You can absolutely book additional treatments — and as a member, you’ll get 10% off those services. If your skin needs deeper work, we may recommend our Clear Skin Journey™ as a more intensive option.
Can I gift a Glow Club facial to someone else?
Glow Club is a personal membership, but we do offer beautiful gift vouchers if you’d like to treat someone special.
What if I need to pause my membership?
We get it — life happens! You can freeze your Glow Club™ membership once every 6 months, for up to 1 month at a time. Just give us 7 days’ notice before your billing date, and we’ll pause your payments and hold your place. Your membership will automatically resume the following month — so you never lose your benefits, pricing, or your glow. The Glow Club is all about consistency, so we ask that pauses be kept for true exceptions like holidays or illness.
